The Butterfly Estates - Hours of Operation
Welcome to The Butterfly Estates Butterfly Species Information Database

Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive and efficient source of educational information about butterfly species available on the internet. This is an extremely ambitious project considering that there are about 28,000 known species of butterflies worldwide. This will be a continously ongoing project and new species information will be added to the database on a regular basis, so check back often to find new and interesting information.

In the very near future, there will also be an opportunity for you to participate in this project by submitting your own photos and observations of butterflies you have encountered. Thank you for joining us in this wonderous journey of discovery.
